You don't have to translate OSS into English with Web translator

Recently a man was suspected. He translates OSS into English with Web translator. But Web translator has a user policy and prohibits to translate OSS into English in many cases. Why is that? Because user policy says translation result of this service restricts in the range of the scope of private use.

However , I also misunderstood and thought OSS licence restricts only commercially exploitable. In the present instance probably he didn’t translate for commercial purposes. It is beyond scope of private use, but it is not commercial purposes. In this case it is very difficult for me to judge it.

However, what I mean I have to translate monograph into English or Japanese with Web translator.Definitely we are required to understand paper without translator. But sometimes we may be able to learn to express a new article by using a translator. It is recommend that we use translator by Web to expand the range of expressions of our English sentence. I agree with reading paper with Web translator.
