The television maker Vizio collected data from 11 million people without their consent.Therefore the lawsuit against the flat-panel TV maker was filed by the Federal Trade Commission(FTC) in the USA.Because Vizio had been selling data on customer to outside enterprise as the data which reflects the tendency of the consumers without permission for years.

Definitely I think this case is wrong the Vizio collected data without consumer’s permission.
